That Dilophosaurus has a seriously short tail.
I think its a maniraptoran of some kind. Look at the pennaceous feathers on the arms. And the crest could easily be soft-tissue

EDIT: Scratch that, it's definitely a dilo... Cool-looking, but frankly innacurate and bit of a perspective fudge.

Unless those feathers are underneath the tail obscuring it than it's definitely to short.

Is no one bothered by the fact that:
1) It's got fully pennaceous feathers.
2) It's got folded, raptorial wrists.
3) It's perching in a tree. In a jungle.

While very speculative, I don't think the feathers are completely impossible. They could also be very bunched up rather than pennaceous.

I didn't actually know before that the wrists bending back so far was a raptorial trait, I'll have to look into that some!

Don't forget it's also a zygodactyl.

Yeah, it's entirely down to a particular wrist bone that allows the hand to fold against the elbow. It's a maniraptoran exclusive trait, and not even all maniraptorans could actually fold their wrists that far.

It's a bit outdated (maybe), but it gives a rough idea of what kind of arm flexibility certain theropods had. Dilophosaurus would have been up there with Allosaurus -> Huaxiagnathus.

Anywho, going back on topic, there will never be a day where I don't like this:

Rat snake is love... Rat snake is life

I think that the Dilo is more like something Hodari loves to do from time to time. Just do it out of pleasure and careless about accuracy.

And the Yutyrannus is designed for nightmare fuel only...

Should it be out in the day, camouflaged against the morning sunlight?

I honestly do not care if it doesn't meet the 100% accurate mark this time. Fred does awesome art, and "The Eviscerator" sticks with me more than most.

I believe there comes a point where great art and adherence to aesthetics outcompetes attention to detail and accuracy. The exposure of teeth in Fred's Yutyrannus helped create a feeling of danger and overall creepiness, whereas the pennaceous feathers in the previous dilophosaurus added nothing to the art.

There is also the degree of ridiculousness of inaccuracy to consider, and more importantly, my botheredness.
