That's actually the Pinocchio rex, and it has a scaly crest like some kind of gecko.

I'm not sure about that. If both hadrosaurs and ceratopsians were omnivores, then that would leave just the ankylosaurs and titanosaurs as the only herbivores in the late Cretaceous. Plus hadrosaurs don't really look quite as suited to omnivory as ceratopsians do IMO.
