Yes, they were. In fact, I think I've seen those models several times before, and they've been used outside of WWD-related media, so I think it's safe to assume that BBC doesn't own the copyright to these models.

They had fact files on them so they will probably appear in the encyclopedia, which I have already pre-ordered.
