That looks favolous Jurrassic MT xD

And sorry but i don't agree. I don't have to refrain from giving my opinion on something just because is based on my personal likings on the look of an animal. Is not like i'm saying "Ugh i hate it because is fluffly and has feathers". I just don't like the representation and i have the right to express it. I don't need to base my opinion on purelly scientific arguments as art impacts primary from an aesthetic point of view.

Is funny though, how some of you critizes other people because you think they are closed minded, and yet when you face with opinions that goes against your personal likings you act as close minded as the people you critize. Just something to think over. And i'm not saying this just to you in particular, is something i see very often in this subcommunity.

@Nomis that gallery is awesome.

I do not think you understand the definition of closed minded. I am fully aware of what you have said, but if your entire argument is that I am closed minded because I have not yet come to agree with you, that seems like a statement of tremendous arrogance.

Cerato arms are too similar to that of an abelisaurid, and seem to just be scaled up version of the carnos arms, with tiny claws and no functional joints.

Brachyo I cannot say much about, but its arms may be slightly too long.

Carnotaurus seems pretty spot on.

Also, dem colours, damn.

Er... Your acting like a JP Fanboy, yet to "All Yesterdays" instead. Sure it's a great book, with great art, and great speculation, yet someone disliking a speculation doesn't mean he/she will cry out loud, not accepting if it really is a fact (Except fanboys)

No that is absolutly not what i meant. I meant that you are the arrogant by saying that my opinion has no point and no value, and that is being closed minded. Not accepting my opinion as equally valid as yours.

Also i just noticed that gallery has more pages XD

How am I a fanboy to the book? At this point, you seem to be completely incapable of understanding anything I am saying.

I never, at any point, said that the construction in that book was 100% certainly accurate, never, so the fact that you are now portraying it as such, is just ridiculous, in fact, there is a term for it.

It is called a straw man, creationists use it. A straw man is effectively a way of making it seem like a persons belief is something it is not, and then using that as an argument against them. It does not work.

Hell, the entire rant I had was about how reconstructing animals is a science, not an art, and that is fanboish how? I never even mentioned all yesterdays, the ONLY reason I used it as an example in this case was that it was the picture brought up. Again, straw man, you are drawing connections where there are none, and effectively claiming that I was saying things I was not.

Edit, to Zoo: Arrogant? No, I am just stating the facts. My opinion also holds no value, neither does anybody elses on this entire planet. The day you can prove that claiming you do not like the look of an animal in any way changes anything, I will take back my words, until then, I am not closed minded, I am realistic.
