I don't normally like my tyrannosaurs with that degree of feathers, but I can agree that that restoration is awesome.

I for one don't like my dinosaurs too floofy. I can't imagine dinosaurs covered nose to toe in feathers as real. Though this one is so bad@$$

Spoilered for Gore/Violence

This is a good example of how an animal can have an almost full coat but doesn't necessarily have to be a 'floofy chicken' (although personally I don't see what's wrong with that)

Wow, more and more feathered dinosaurs that aren't floofy chickens. Unfortunately, I had the leisure of being exposed to this:

I'm not sure what it is about this restoration, but I hate it. It's not even because it's a feathered T. rex, it just looks.....bad. And this:

Wow, more and more feathered dinosaurs that aren't floofy chickens.
Owls are fluffy. Not sure if you ever had this experience, but owls can be pretty scary when they fly right towards you. There are so many birds that are "floofy" compared to their skeletons ( which is what you're basing on, you just don't see bird skeletons as often as you see dinosaurs skeletons) yet you always refer to chickens :P Start by looking at all the cool birds in real life that are fluffy and aren't over-cute in our eyes. You might find it easier to accept reality this way ;)

If you accept feathers, you have to accept the very real fact that feathers give animals more volume. It's reality, it has nothing to do with being cute or scary :P

Personally, chickens are pretty cool themselves :P
Especially when they're slaughtering a mouse that happened to try to steal a bit of food.

Guys, I don't want us clogging up the topic with long speeches about how I'm not using the right word for every little thing. When I said "Fluffy chicken", I was making a joke, so I think you took my comment a little too literally and a little too seriously. No offense, but I think you took my comment the wrong way. If we're going to have discussions about this, please move it to this topic. I understand your point, I'm just saying you're taking a joke too seriously and you're posting in the wrong topic.

I honestly don't know what it is, though it appears to be a deranged hybrid of a Bantha, Rainbow Dash, a unicorn, and a Triceratops. Not that I think it's accurate in any way, in fact I hate it. A LOT.
