I love this microraptor! It is so hard to find an accurate depiction of microraptor that includes both the crest & the irriesence! Also, some microraptors appear to have patterned feathers, so perhaps maybe only the males were irridescent.

That last drawing is beautiful. I'm not fond of fluffly ceratopsians tough. I don't know if that is just pure speculation or there is evedince to suport it, but i don't like how they look covered in all that fluffiness.

I like them.
I think Protoceratops or other would have had some benefits in looking like porcupines : be porcupines xD

Plus it makes sense for the Pachyrhinosaurus shown in the drawing. Pachy lived in a chilly northern environment, so there would be benefits in looking like an oversized musk ox.

Yay for fluffy tyrannosaurs!Actually people are getting better with them, almost all art depicting lythronax depicts it with feathers.

Yup, scaly tyrannosaurs are slowly becoming a thing of the past.

While that would be awesome, I doubt feathers would be preserved on such huge animals. But so far I have yet to be convinced that any dinosaurs other than coelurosaurs, marginocephalians, small ornithopods, and most polar dinosaurs were feathered.

I honestly agree with ZC about feathers, though there are some restorations I like. And because of how I've made myself out to be some pathetic little annoyance who desperately clings to old beliefs, today I'm here to show you restorations of feathered tyrannosaurs that I like.

And of course some of the reconstructions listed in this topic are some of my favorites.
@Sheather: I honestly hope that never happens. :P
