@stigymoloch: Because I'm still newbie on designing, so I'm still don't know how to put & make an animation.

@Furka: All right then. Thank you! :)

Obviously you do not, otherwise you would know that this pose is a no-go for stegosaur bones ( it was originally stegosaurus, so I guess it still is ). I think I said it, but you need to make the animal with all four legs on the ground, otherwise you will get distortions.

originally, one_piece

indeed. you should have rig it before you skin it. because when you rig , you may have to adjust the model, which will result in skin stretching.

As Philly & OP said, so I'll stop continuing the Megatherium for a while because of it distortions. Don't worry, I'll continuing this if I can fix the problem. :) Now I'm planning to make an Ambulocetus. Do you guys know what model that fit to make it?

I would suggest crocodile rather than otter, because Ambulocetus looked more like one.

I actually prefer to use the crocodile model than the otter, but If it possible I will use the otter animation (I don't know if it's possible though :3 ).
Anyway here's the Ambulocetus model (Still WIP):

Credit: AD for the model

And I also want to show one of my posed statue:

Um, is that the AD nile crocodile model? If that's the case, I doubt you're allowed to use it.

But good try, anyways. :)

AD croc is made by Simba and thus it's not PD.
If you want to use a croc as a base model, there's Eryel Saltwater croc.
However i think it would distort itself horribly with otter anims.

Yeah, using an anim that doesn't fit the skeleton (unless you edit it, I imagine) distorts your model terribly. (AFAIK, I'm not a designer)
