*Credit goes to Bill for both original model and skin

Another theropod. This time a tyrannosaurid, one of the few dinosaur species to lived in an arctic environment. This is still a WIP, I may change some texture and the alphas will be fixed later. Also, suggestions are always welcomed. :)

Looks great, but you should edit the model, that it looks more like this:

It looks nice, but Yuty had three fingers, not two ;)

And I think the texture needs some work, but since it's a wip I'll just wait and see.

This isn't a Yutyrannus ;) .

Oh God, dunno why but I read Yutyrannus instead of Nanuqsaurus, what a fail xD

originally, one_piece

looks pretty cool. however it really needs a lot more texture for the feathers, there are hardly any. and since nanuqsaurus likely to have lived in cold weather, i think there would be feathers almost everywhere, and definitely not a naked leg. naked feet, maybe, cause birds never grow feathers on their feet, but not naked legs ;)

I AM THE UNSHRINKWRAPPER!

Very nice. Nanuqsaurus is one of my favourite dinos. However, I suggest adding more texture to the main part of the skin... It seems too bland and undifferentiated. Also the eyes are a little difficult to see, and the model doesn't quite look like a Tyrannosaurine. Other than that, I think its great, and I can't wait to see it when its finished!

^What they said above :P

Apart from that, the model is quite nice, but it may need a few edits to make it more Tyrannosaurid-like. The colour looks nice. Also, white and grey are generally extremely painful to texture :P

About time someone worked on this guy. T-rex and the other bigger tyrannosaurs are getting too much attention.

I've been waiting since the cretaceous for someone to make this guy
personally I don't think nanuq needs any patterns :) maybe a little cream hue like a polar bear....... ;)

if you are taking suggestions: may I suggest tweaking the alphas position similar to the orange?(not trying to pester :) ) it kind of looks weird when the transition of the feathers is abrupt Posted Image

and I have to say I think your dinos are pretty awesome
now that I think of it I've never seen you make dinosaurs before Sauroniops
by the way, do you use the absolute scale to size your animals? just curious

edit: what is the biome?

I would suggest possibly changing the head a bit to look a little more like this
Spoiler: click to toggle

Also maybe shrinking the fingers and bulking up the legs a bit
