I don't think the model needs any changing, considering how little material we have of it, but I do agree that the texture could use a little work

I agree with DinoBear about the model, it looks just fine.

But with regards to texture (if you decide to texture it, of course), I think you should go for something like a ptarmigan in winter plumage - I don't quite know how to describe it, but they almost appear lumpy, lol. You can kind of see it in these photos Pictures of Svalbard Ptarmigan It would benefit from some down on its legs, too.

Also, may I suggest making the transition between the feathers on its arms smoother. They almost resemble sleeves, lol.

Apart from that, nothing to complain about - it's perfect otherwise ;) .

I don't think Ptarmigan coat would fit, the feathers on Tyrannosaurs were different from those on modern birds.

obviously I'm no dinosaur expert, but maybe if you found some picture of white kiwis to base the feather texture on? There a quite a few around, I believe white kiwi are actually quite common :)

I have seen one at the Mount Bruce wildlife park in NZ where I live they are a great design for Nanqosaurus

True, Furka. I forgot they would have only been stage two or three feathers.

Ignore my previous post, I agree with the kiwi/cassowary suggestions.

Wow, Lazardi, thank you for the awesome marine reptiles! It's nice to see one of my favorite designers is back, with Pseudosuchia and these.
