Excellent work, DM! The wings fold marvellously Just one tiny point of criticism: It might be a good idea to fix the slight greenish hues on the underside of the body, especially the chin

Just as real bird! The only difference are stretched primaries. Maybe adding more polys to the primaries alpha keeping the radial position will help, so they'll fold more compactly? A frontal render would be nice, to see how close the wrists are to the body. So the tail feathers won't move in any way? Edited by Elephas Maximus, Dec 1 2013, 10:58 AM.

So, after having finally fixed all those annoying rotation errors blender creates on the skeleton, the skeleton is finally done and ready to be animated. ![]() Unfortunately, the primaries will continue to stretch, unless every single feather has a single plane. Then however, it becomes really hard to control, each feather has to be textured & alphaed on its own and that's not what you'd do for a game. The tail feathers also stretch. If I made the wings closer to the body, I would frequently get the body stick through.
