I have read that the Neanderthal was maybe more Ape-like than we thought until now, i will try to make them as cloneable Animals for Zoo Tycoon 2 and need to know the answers to this questions.
what sounds can a Neanderthal have made?
is there evidence that they had a language?

Not really. their head was different and they were smaller and bulkier, otherwise they looked almost the same as modern humans.

the Scientist Danny Vendramini think that Neanderthals have looked more like Apes, and i think this Theory is maybe right because i don't think a Species that has evolved in the pleistocene Europe would have a almost hairless body, and such a long Nose like the Nose from the Homo Sapiens should be not very good for a Species that lived in such a cold environment. If you want to read more about it you can look here >>Neanderthals (German)<<

I doubt that nearest relative of modern Humans would look like an Australopithecus chimpanzee hybrid ( If I am right the most humans have a little bit Neanderthal DNA ). And compares the skull of a Neanderthal with the head shape of a chimpanzee, but the skull of the chimpanzee looks completly different:

it is possible that they had more hair than Homo sapiens, but I think a creature which is able to build spears is also able to make clothes. BTW a big nose is helpful in an cold environment: saigas have long noses and live in an cold environment

About Neanderthal's voice... You probably want to see this... Although I can't tell if it is reliable or not.

I think a long nose would possibly freeze off faster than a nose which is deeper in the Head (Foxes that live in cold environments have shorter Ears than Foxes that live in warm environments, so i think it can be so that Animals that live in cold climates have shorter Noses for example Short faced Bears or Short Faced Hyenas), and i don't know a Primate with such a hairy Nose like the one of the Saiga. But maybee the Neanderthal was a exception.

If I am right Short faced bears and hyenas lived already before the Pleistocene and they had a short snout not a short nose :P .

i have meant a shorter face ;) I don't know that Short faced bears and Short faced Hyenas did'nt lived in the Pleistocene and the Temperature when this two Species first appeared, because i know more about the Cretaceous Time Period.

Neanderthals have bony ridge at the nasal opening in their skull. They sure, have nose just like us unlike big apes that lacks the ridge in their skulls.

Is it possible that the JP Dilophosaurus is Sinosaurus? Because at that time it was known as Dilophosaurus sinensis and the JP Dilo doesn't have this "crease" in the front of the snout and Sinosaurus doesn't have that too.

Interesting thought. But unlikely. All the maps, brochures and stuff that you see in the movie and out that reference Dilophosaurus all use the D. wetherilli skull. That and the Dilophosaurus we get to see has the crest for it too.

It seems like at the very least, it was their intention, be it the in-film park management, the film team, OR Chrichton himself (given his novel portrays a more accurate representation of Dilophosaurus in the first place), to have Dilophosaurus proper.

The Dilophosaurus actually does have the jaw notch, it's hidden under its lips, though.

It's decently visible in this picture.

The lips may well have hidden the notch in the real-life animal's snout as well.
