Been doing some research on that a while ago, and indeed there were plants comparable to duckweed. A group of ferns called Salviniales have many forms that fill the same ecologic niche as duckweed, and they can be traced back to the early cretaceous. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salviniales |

I'm annoyed because I found a website for Hell Creek's flora a while back, but the site's been shut down all month for some reason. Wikipedia gives Limnobiophyllum as a duckweed relative, so that's something. |

Do you still have the address? Maybe try checking the Web Archive to see if you can retrieve anything. |

For the Diplodocus: The hands look decent enough. The toes on the hind feed need to splay outwards more, rather than point forward. This may help you (the left set specifically. The right is Brachiosaurus): http://dlkr7699fk9jt.cloudfront.net/content/roybiolett/7/1/142/F1.large.jpg For Triceratops: The two outer fingers look a bit flat. They aren't a pair of flaps that just hang down from the wrist. They're still actual fingers which may or may not have touched the ground. Maybe this'll help here: http://orig03.deviantart.net/c76b/f/2012/178/f/3/ceratopsian_manus_study_by_tomozaurus-d55048b.jpg |
