Here I will show my glorious pets!!![]() These are my Leopard Geckos. The female is a Emerine Leopard Gecko with possible Mac Snow and the male is a Super Hypo Tangerine Carrot-tail Leopard Gecko with possible translucent. The male is named Tristan and the female is named Isolde. ![]() This is my beautiful male Ornate Uromastyx, I have not named him as of yet. I later plan to buy a female with a color morph so they can breed and produce regular and morphed offspring. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() These are my White's Tree Frogs. The blueish one is named Lurker*, he is the only one that is officially sexed. The greenish-brown one is named Snatcher*. And the biggest one is named Sleeper Cell*, this one might be a female. ![]() ![]() This is my female Mongolian Frog-eyed Gecko. Her name is Schwarzie, named after Arnold Schwarzenegger due to her stocky, muscular legs and body compared to the Leos I have. She is rather curious and quite spunky. I plan to buy a male later on in life so I can breed them too. Please comment and ask any questions you may have!! *Lurker- named because of his strange habit of going under water and saying behind the foam background for extended periods of time. Snatcher- Named due to the habit of leaping from high areas and other death defying actions just to steal a cricket from Lurker's mouth. Sleeper Cell- Named due to her habit of sleeping all the time, only waking up to get in the water (only to fall back asleep), and to eat voraciously. |

Unfortunately, that usually goes away as they age. The coloring is from their eyes, because the skin is slightly translucent. ![]() Nice pets. Your uromastyx is stunning. |

Um, no. Where did you hear that? They are very simple, they don't need water bowls, and they eat vegetables. The only thing that might be a small bit of trouble is that he eats everyday, and has a high heat requirement. Thank you for the comments!! I'll post more updates soon!! These animals are quite simple to care for, and I can handle most of them. The Frog-eye is still rather "jumpy" around me and needs a bit more getting used to. Schwarzie wiggles her tail when my hand goes near her, soon after she strikes, but she has a rather small mouth and doesn't hurt. |

I have heard that they are prone to some disease, make them harder to keep that something like beard dragon. ![]() Btw, do you plan to get other species too? |

You have quite a zoo ![]() Frog eyed geckos are cute, but are they basically less hardy than a leopard gecko? |

I have not heard of such a thing, but I will look into it more. I guess it depends, I might consider buying a Saharan if I can't find a decent female morphed Ornate. Interesting morphs I might consider
No, they actually almost have the same exact requirements as the Leo, and I think they are just as hardy. Their behavior is quite more variable than the Leo, some might be the most active gecko you may ever see, they can be nice lazy animals that you can handle easily, they can be rather territorial, and much, much more. Making them a quite fun and endearing pet to keep. |

At the reptile expo, there were many species that I would have loved to get, but they were either too expensive, or I did not have the proper equipment to care for it.![]() This is one such example. This is a Pastel Blue-tongue Skink I held at the expo. I can not afford $350. I love Blue-tongue Skinks, every time I see one I always think to myself: "One day, I will get one of your kind". That one day may not be too far, in summer vacation, I might get myself a job, and by a paycheck or two, I can get myself a baby. ![]() Yes, this is my dog, a female Yorkshire Terrier. Her name is Bonnie. She is a very old dog, and her life is uncertain, like the most of us. She is the last dog we bought is years. Please comment and ask any questions you may have!! |
