I stand in the shadows waiting for you to return me to the light.

To be expected to happen to a predator of not only prey species but predators such as Seals, when a seal is big enough and the shark is small enough the shark who hunts almost all gets hunted by the stronger species.

considering that people thought it interesting enough to report on the news says that to many people it's not 'what's to be expected' Megaraptorking ;)

It is rare though, that is why the reported it, but it would be expected normally in ways, like when a lizard that usually is eaten by snakes eats a snake.

Just because it happens doesn't make it normal.

Megaraptorking, as true as it may be (I really have no idea), your original remark just came off as a little smug in my opinion. I honestly mean no offense to you personally, but am saying so in defense to any who feel undermined by it. :P

You will respect my authoratah.

I didn't feel any undermining happen to me. xD no smugness either.

Anyway, I don't see why this is on the news. It's not important to inform people about.

Elephas, Those sharks were blue sharks, which don't go out of their way to eat people, also the seal killed at least five in quick succession and the divers left for they couldn't stand the seal killing so many hapless sharks.
