-English : Not my first language, learned it at school, but I speak, read and write it fluently, though I have a horrible German accent while speaking. It's also the language I'm the best at concerning writing.
-French : For some reason French grammar uses different names for stuff, but I totally master the language as it is my mother tongue. I make some typos here and there though.
-German : German grammar is a pain in the arse. I just can't use it. However, I'm able to read it and speak it, and it is my third language.
-Mandarin : Able to express myself, read simple things and write some things too.
-Latin : Learning it a school. I like it, though grammar is a pain.
-Spanish : I'm able to approximately translate it, thanks to ZooHispania.
-Italian : Living next to Italy has advantages. I know the useful stuff (though extremely crappily) and I can approximately read it.

Flower you can speak Japanese and portugeese? Are you Joking dear?Or Really
Well if you come to think of it it makes sense since India also had territories run by the Portuguese, so it's explainable. ;)

Sorry fridooh, no Scandinavian languages for me.

But:
Dutch: main language
French: my second language (second official language). I can speak, read and write it, but not good, and understand most of it when spoken (if not spoken to fast).
German: my thirth language (thirth official language in Belgium). Reading and writing is OK, but my grammar is terrible
English: it's actually my forth language, but my second best (after Dutch)
Latin and Ancient Greek: Studied at school, but that was a long time ago.
Spanish: I only know a few words.
