I'm back from a somewhat long hiatus and decided to make a new thread. (this belongs in Individual Projects since I don't really have a team, dunno why the old thread was placed there...) So, welcome to my new thread! I love to make hacks and that's mostly what you'll find here. I love dogs too, I'm working on making some more doggies once I get over the learning curve of proper meshing. Anyway, you can find a list of ongoing projects and get all my downloads at my site: CollarsMods.Wordpress.com Here's a picture of a Siberian Tiger exhibit that uses the latest version of my Placement Hack... Spoiler: click to toggle Some of the rocks have "surface fitting" data so that animals can climb over them. A few objects can be placed on top too, like ice blocks and food dishes. I uploaded alot of other hacks today so I hope you'll enjoy them, if there's any bugs or if you have a suggestion, you can post it below.

I've tried making elevation hacks a few months or so ago while trying to fix the ever present elevation glitch with elevated paths, though it didn't work, the terrain wouldn't go any higher or lower... and I managed to change the default level at start so I know I was editing one of the right files. I may try again later.

Definitely a great hack to add to the list you've produced. The daylight hack in particular is really great, but this may top it!

Thanks guys~ Version 1.9.3 of the Placement hack is up now! It has some features of older versions, but better! (I had to take out the ability to lower elevated paths in 1.9.2 'cause it had some problems) So lately I've been working on user interface mods, but I haven't really gotten anything complete... ![]() Though, I was wondering if anyone wants a new bar for toggling object visibility?? It would go within the message bar on top and can be minimized to a single button. (like my Minimalist UI) I've gotten objects that aren't on the filter list to be toggle-able too. (Rocks, zookeepers, and other things can be made invisible) Also if something is placed while invisibility is on, it'll always stay invisible! x3 I can pretty much add any button to the top bar so I'm looking for suggestions.. |

I'd say rocks and if possible, trees. Not all foliage, just trees. As if you are making a forest and want to place ground foliage, you sometimes can't see through the trees

Yep trees will work. I'll add it to the UI, thanks.

Just to let you know Collar, your Free Roaming Animals Hack doesn't seem to work fore me. I placed a Peacock ingame, outside an exhibit and the people started running around in circles Saying "Help, Peacock 1 is chasing me". could you please fix this hack because it is very good for people who want some animals outside an exhibit. |

I tested out the Free Roaming hack again and couldn't find anything wrong with it... Though if guests are attacked by an animal, they will still leave and have an angry message. I'll upload another hack that keeps animals from attacking later. (Though peaceful animals like peafowls never attack guests) I did forget to keep zookeepers from crating animals though.. oops x3 There's an updated version of the Free Roaming hack at my site now, if you want to re-download it.. |
