If you have a garden or just backyard, you may buy a colony of bumblebees (they're bred commercially for pollinating, and come already in hives for a reasonable price). But only 1 species is available in trade - Bombus terrestris (same as pictured above). This one was the easiest to domesticate. Edited by Elephas Maximus, Jan 7 2014, 12:03 PM.

I am not scared of animals like most people are, driven by the "they are icky" or the "one bit me" things. However, if I had to choose the animals I am most cautious of, it would be rattlesnakes. |
