I actually think sailfish look more elegant than marlins, but they are epic too.

For me, the most elegant and graceful large cyprinid is the Golden Mahseer.

They are very beautiful, especially when coming in large shoal. I have seen some people who keep this fish in pond and must say that they are 2,000 time much more beautiful than any kois I have seen. I like the way their golden scales reflect with sun light and their movement looks majestic and strong.

I would like to keep them, but sadly that they need very HUGE pond since they are gigantic and also have to be in shoal. I might have them if my future house have space though...
