Yeah, duh. But animals only hunt to when they need to.

Humans also hunt when they need to, but quite a number of them still hunt just to show their buddies a stuffed lion or something.

not necessarily, many animals hunt everytime they see a good chance.
Because who knows when you'll find another chance like that in nature, better take it as soon as it shows up. That's why leopards can have more kills stored in various trees, and why you don't keep large aggressive fish with smaller ones.
Hunting and eating are two different instincts.

Humans also hunt for food, though. Where do you think the meat we eat comes from?
It comes from animals we bred and slaugtered...You don't think we actually hunt the cows, pigs and chickens we eat?

To be honest, I prefer to eat a wild animal which someone has shot and killed than a bred, antibiotic-filled animal.

You will respect my authoratah.

Same as cookedjaw said. ^

No, what I have a problem with is people who get rush out of hunting. I see it as abomiable to be honest...

Not that anyone can do anything about it.

What do you mean by having a rush ? I see nothing wrong with taking pleasure in it, as long as you take pleasure in the action of hunting in itself (the tracking, researching and stuff) and not in the sheer action of killing, which is disgusting.

Yes I don't care about them having fun out in the wild, but your wrong. There are many (not all) hunters which are complete worthless pieces who get a rush from ending a life. That is what I have a problem with.

Those are just wrong lions, obviously from a national park where they're protected.
If all lions were like these, hunting would be very boooring...

I don't know much about trophy hunting at all actually, but how do those lions act? I'm guessing they too only see you as a large vehicle and don't care about you.. xD but as i said, i have no idea :)

Banned for being rude.

Shoot a lion with a camera - it's still there
Shoot a lion with a rifle - it's dead forever

But Furka - who knows what really happens after death?

Well, jokes aside, when something/someone dies, you're probably dead forever :)

Banned for being rude.

today in school I came up with something expressing how i feel about lions and trophy hunters

There once was a time,
a time when we ruled Africa,
the kings of the plains, respected and feared.
We were great predators, taking on anything,
doing it together, nothing could stop us.
Then one day, a man with a rifle came, and ended most of our lives,
and worst of all, he did it for his ego.
When he went back, he stuffed us, mounted us, potrayed us as monsters,
worst of all, he lied and said it was helping our species, when all it did was hurt us.
Once we were king, but king no more

Guys, you can say anything you want about this, but I wont care.
