For all the dog and kitty lovers out there, this is a topic to discuss which do you like best!

I personally prefer dogs because they seem friendlier than cats, not to mention cuter.

Scientific studies have shown that dogs are more intelligent than cats.

I love them both!
I have 2 cats and 2 dogs and I love all 4 are the same ... oh yes budgies I also have. so some ... 25 for time

I do not think cats are stupid ... and dogs smarter ...
I rather think the cats are idiosyncratic and join not all ...
Dogs on the other hand want to please and make so much what her owner asked of him! I speak from experience ... lol

I like both. I don't know why people feel like they have to choose between cats or dogs. They are different kind of pets, but both of them are great.

The best way to not get your heart broken, is pretending you don't have one.

I like both, but I love dogs more,I can't agree that dogs are more intelligent as cats though.

Dogs.
still have to see someone's cat bringing back a hare that was shot, or driving a herd of wild boar towards the hunters.

Yes, I just want to point out the terrible effects they have on the environment. Also barking dogs are really annoying in the morning, but that's not my point. Cats are not that bad but to compensate that they kill more rare animals. Our neighbour's cat has ERADICATED all lizards in a 200m radius, and killed hundreds of birds, among them one of the LAST THREE european wrynecks in our region. Dogs are constantly chasing the roe deer behind our house and I've found several dog-kill carcasses there (once a roe limb was dropped on our lawn).

There is simply no way to deny this; keeping cats & dogs in the house harms the pets, letting them outside harms the environment. Better not have any at all
