That pretty much just twisted my brain into a pretzel.
I wish I commented on this sooner.

I'd have struggled to find words for what I experienced while reading the Cracked.com comment without this quote.

really?!? O.o I would be ok if that was in Godzilla vs King Ghidorah as there is a godzillasaurus(not the real one)in the film.

I really need to rewatch godzilla films xD

I don't understand that restoration.

On that pic, they called it Elephas, so not only must they have SEEN Asian Elephants and understand elephants at a scientific level, but they know that the mammoth should at least look like a tiny bit like a modern elephant.

How the hell do you even--

I didn't think those were ears at first, it looked like a darker area of skin from a cast shadow falling into an emaciated pit in front of the pelvis xD

Well, this entire website: http://www.christiansagainstdinosaurs.com/

I seriously doubt that dinosaurs are a scam created by paleontologists to get rich. Like they all live in giant mansions and drive BMW's to the dig site.

- Goes to watch videos about Hellicoprion in You Tube.

- Sees an overwhelming ammount of comments claiming that "itz fakez!" or that "it is a mollusk shell"

- Tries to argue with them that even back when first described over a Century ago it was already known that it wasn't a shell and that it was likely some short of tooth.

- Random You Tube user still claims that can't be true because "it looks wrong" and that it has to be some short of shell.

- Point out to the user that recently material from a Hellicoprion jaw articulated to a tooth was described and that it does not just proof that it was certainly a teeth but it also reveal it's placement and anchoring very well and that it had a somewhat similar morphology to modern rat fish.

...

- You Tube user still refuses to believe that Hellicoprion could be anything other than a mollusk shell.

Yeeeeaaaah.... No profit acquired In this one. I swear those people will still say that Blob fish, Viper fish ann Goblin Sharks "don't seem right" and deny their existance even if planted in front of a well preserved individual.

(I'm not sure if this would fit better on the "What annoys you most" thread instead.)
