I questioned the guy on the Velociraptor's lack of feathers xD
I offered to teach him a thing or two on anatomy. He probably isn't a bad guy, just misguided.

What the femur of Megalosaurus was originally called.
Well, it is the original name and technically, Megalosaurus is a junior synonym.

Didn't they know back then that the part they thought it was wasn't made of bone?

Hey guys. I just realized that I never met my great grandparents, therefore they never existed. Seems reasonable, right? :P

No, it means they were scaly. :P

I can hardly believe how stupid some people are, at least those who claim to know everything ( or at least more than others ) about prehistory and tell stuff like. This TouhouPoorCuteKids is especially annoying, also because he is totally unaware of civilisation and civilised behaviour. He/she/it should really live in the 19th century.

Actually, Bhuddism never involve in such thing at the beginning. Bhudda never say about the beginning of earth or something like that. He said only that everything has circumstance and the result of that circumstance... Nothing can happen without circumstance. So, it looked like that it can coexist with Evolutionism.

I should stop this before it turns into religion discussion again which I'm not that good at explanation. :P

"Evolutionism" is a term I really hate, it suggests that evolution is a belief system rather than a science.

We can always say "Radioactive decayism" or "Permafrostism". These both go against the recent creation claims, and sound so much more lulzy.

One of the most importaint 'fails' is that some people are genuinley afraid of their children finding interest in paleontology instead of cars/dolls/makeup/-insert something that's considered 'normal'-.

And it's such a wonderful field of science. What a shame.
